I enjoyed the room with a balcony.

The double room had an air conditioner, double glazed windows, and a safe, the beds were comfy, and the staff was very helpful and excellent.

The double room we stayed in were neat as in the picture. The food was outstanding with a huge variety of options.

My room included free Wi-Fi and free, fast WI-FI. The unbeatable location was close to Calle Mayor. It also was close to everything that San Seb has to offer.

Their staff were poorly trained.

The hotel was modern. the room was neat. the beds were comfortable. Very amiable and excellent staff who were always there to help. Located in a super central area just next door to a lively plaza and all the restaurants. Approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ripley's Believe it or Not. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend it to others.

Comfortable double room that had great air conditioning and a nice balcony. the staff was super helpful, and the location couldn't be better. We also had a Pret a Manger nearby for quick meals 🥪.
